Trust comes first
Your context. Your choice.
This policy explains the limited, invitation-only Give and Get internal test operated by RVATX, LLC. It does not describe a publicly available community service.
Updated October 31, 2026 · Internal-test policy
Where things stand
Public enrollment and live messaging are not open. This website explains the service being developed and its internal-test consent process; it does not collect phone numbers or accept SMS consent. Contacting support does not enroll you.
Information for the internal test
Invited testers will provide an account email, their own phone number, an adult eligibility confirmation and explicit messaging consent. The service may process their messages, approved ask or offer drafts, profile details they choose to share, introduction decisions, and delivery information needed to operate and troubleshoot the test.
Do not send government identifiers, financial or medical records, passwords, or private information about someone else. Video uploads are not enabled.
Why information is used
Test information is used to authenticate invited participants, verify their phone route, record consent, exchange test messages and card links, support participant-approved introductions, honor opt-outs, and diagnose test failures. It is not permission to advertise to you or enroll you in a wider community.
AI-assisted coaching is planned. It is not active on this public site. We will explain the processing and update the applicable notices before enabling model-backed coaching for real tester content.
What is shared—and what stays private
Private exploration is not published to other participants. A draft is shared only after its owner approves the intended wording and audience. Direct contact details become available to another participant only after the specific introduction receives both participants’ approval.
We do not sell personal information. Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in information and messaging consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Necessary service providers may process information on our behalf to host the service, authenticate accounts, store records and deliver messages. The planned test uses Vercel for hosting, Supabase for account/database services, and Twilio for messaging. This processing is separate from disclosure to another member, which requires the introduction approvals described above.
Retention during this test
The approved internal-test policy is to delete conversation content after 30 days and retain minimal consent, opt-out and delivery records for 12 months. These controls must be implemented and checked before live testing is enabled; this page does not claim that automated deletion is currently running.
Minimal opt-out records are retained to prevent unwanted contact. Copies saved on a recipient’s phone, carrier-held records and provider backups may follow separate retention schedules; deleting an application record cannot recall a delivered message or saved card image.
Your choices and requests
During active messaging, reply STOP to stop further messages. START does not approve matching, publication or contact disclosure. You can withdraw an ask or decline an introduction separately. A message already accepted for delivery may still arrive after an opt-out.
For access, correction, withdrawal or deletion requests, contact kkmichaels12@gmail.com. We will verify that the request belongs to the account holder before sharing or changing private records. No sensitive information is needed in an initial support email.
This website
This public site has no advertising trackers or analytics integration added by Give and Get and no phone-number collection form. Hosting providers may process ordinary request information, such as IP address, time, URL and device information, to serve and secure the website. Authenticated tester pages use session cookies to keep sign-in secure.
Adults and policy updates
The internal test is for invited adults age 18 or older. We will update this policy if test data uses or service providers change materially, and obtain any additional consent needed before using information for a new purpose.
